Select SSDC State Diabetic Supply bid Information for 2011

The bid session is currently in process for diabetic supplies
To submit an offer:
- Download the attached Select SSDC State DME SR 2011 offer spreadsheet
- Read the Diabetic Supply Offer Submission FAQ prior to filling out the form
- Send completed offer spreadsheets to rxoffers@ghsinc.com prior to 7/16/2010
Important Notes:
Any bids received after the deadline will NOT be accepted. No deadline extensions will be granted.
If you have already submitted a bid for 2011, there is no need to resubmit the bid unless you received a request to do so.
If GHS receives multiple offer submissions by the manufacturer for same HRI/NDC's for same bid year, earlier submissions will be replaced with the newest completed offer spreadsheet and that version will be presented to the SSDC states.
Award Notification Process:
- All manufacturers who submitted bids by the offer deadline will receive email notification from GHS as to whether the offer was accepted or declined
- Manufacturers who submitted product information but did not submit a bid/offer will not receive notification
- GHS will not identify the status of other manufacturer bids with other parties
Offer Inquiry/Questions:
- All Inquiries regarding this process or offer status should be directed to GHS via email at rxoffers@ghsinc.com
- Manufacturers should not contact SSDC states directly regarding offer status or other inquiries related to this bid process
Please note: SSDC states that are under contract for the current bid year session have an option on whether they will/will not review the diabetic supply category offers.
